So what are you going to find on this site? Well I am going to post Chair Yoga routines each week and before each routine I am going to provide you a Daily Inspiration Nugget. I hope this motivation, will encourage and inspire you throughout your day. The videos are going to be about 30 seconds to a minute and then it will go right into the daily routine.
Also, I wanted to make this membership simplistic and easy to navigate. There will be weekly yoga videos displayed and all you have to do is click on the video and the Chair Yoga routine will begin.
The Chair Yoga videos I post from prior weeks will also be available to view on this page. So if there was a favorite Yoga video you enjoyed doing – you can go back and repeat it everyday or every week.
